Payroll

envelopePayroll is processed by the Business Services Office.  Employees are paid twice per month on the 15th and the last day of the month.  If a payday happens to fall on a holiday or weekend, pay will be issued the day before.

Payroll is a complex process and often depends on timely receipt of timesheets, leave requests, and deduction information.  Should an employee need to make a change to their current payroll information such as name, address, PERS deduction, or location of a direct deposit, appropriate forms must be completed.
